The federation is structured so members, clubs, and partners can see how decisions flow: an Executive Board leads strategy and policy; the Office council supports day-to-day operations and secretariat services; specialist councils advance coaching, officiating, and duanwei pathways; and affiliated clubs, schools, and members form the foundation of everything we do.
